Yes, the A9 seems to give a really good boost for that application. It is a good stock drop in. They all seem to have about the same lift but the duration gets longer as the # goes up.
I used an A12 in a 58.5 BBK and it doesn't seem to do a helluva lot until it starts winding out. I'd rather have some push at lower RPM and throttle. I believe the lobes get wider with each rise in number but this is not my forte. Scooter Elements is a specialist in these things.
