Yes that is a PETCOCK, so you have one that screws onto the tank outlet. Here is what you can do and then get a petcock that you can get to easly. Alleyoop YOU can get the parts at the hardware store they are GAS fitting connectors. THEN YOU CAN GET A REGULAR PETCOCK.

Yes, I think they run right around 9/16 ID, but best is to take the PETCOCK off and take it to the hardware store and they will get you the right Gas Connector and the step down connector for a 1/4 fuel hose to go on. Alleyoop
