How does a person go about changing the differential grease ? mine is slinging grease on the underneath side of the rear fenders and on the frame and here in south Tx. were already getting into the 100's, it was 102 here yesterday. Thanks kalee

Dragon, That is changing the TRANNY OIL. Kalee is asking about the DIFFERENTIAL, anyway KALEE. You do not change the GREASE in the DIFFERENTIAL you just add grease. Look on the DIFERENTIAL you should see a GREASE NIPPLE on it. Also get DIFFERENTIAL GREASE that is RATED OVER 240 so it does not LIQUIDIFY with low temps that will help and stop some of the grease becomeing liquid and sipping out and flung out. Here is the GREASE NIPPLE ON THE DIFFERENTIAL: Alleyoop Here is a very high Temp rated grease for very hot areas: www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp_internet/castrol/castrol_usa/STAGING/local_assets/downloads/0-999/5417.PDF

There are TWO MOTOR MOUNTS at the rear they should be tight. Then there is 1 LONG BOLT going through TWO FRAME BRACKETS and the MOTOR MOUNTS ARE IN THE MIDDLE and the LONG BOLT goes through all FOUR and that ALSO SHOULD BE TIGHT. After it loaded your picture You did the last part wrong: Here is what you do AFTER it loads the pic. You will get it then you can put up all kinds of pic. Alleyoop After you click on copy you come here and PASTE it.

Bygolly alley I think I got it this time, this bolt was there but it wasnt tight but it is now, I have checked everything in and around the rear end and found several bolts that was not snug. What I call snug is using the right sized metrc wrench and pulling them tight by hand as tight as I can get them. kalee
