Ok, I will readjust in the morning, but wouldnt that make the chattering worse? And could that be the 1/4 throttle issue?

Well I question the chatter set at .02 and .03 that is like NO GAP AT ALL. So be sure to bring it up to TOP DEAD CENTER so the ROCKERS are OFF ANY PART OF THE HIGH LOBES OF THE CAM.
Normally I would tell you to set BOTH TO .004 INCHS.

Not sure how to get it to TDC since its a centrifugal clutch. Do I need to drain the oil and open the side of the crank case?

Is this a ATV 4 wheeler? Does it have a CVT with a BELT and a VARIATOR? If so just turn the VARIATOR put a wrench on the NUT that holds the VARIATOR and turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE. You have to take the SIDE COVER off to see the TIMING MARKS on the LINHAI.
Or you can just watch the VALVE go up and down and when the ROCKERcomes up that is when you adjust it.
