I just fixed my 150 after lengthy parking with a new cylinder head. The small bolts next to the head on the cam chain tunnel are 8 lbs. ft., 96 in. lbs, NO MORE! Trust me on this.

What's amazing is how a small mistake can have such consequences down the road. It took a year for the oil leak to show up and another two years before it leaked so badly. To the bike's credit I put 5,500 miles on it, just adding a few ounces every trip. Also very cheap, in the Grand Scheme of things, in parts to fix. Also this-I ordered the parts on Friday night and they were here Monday afternoon.

I had a valve cover crack on mine for an oil leak. I probably had it good and tight too, but looking at the inside of the cover there were casting imperfections and cracks coming off of them. I may have helped it happen quicker. Any way a new piece only took a few days to get. Still don't know what I will be doing with that 150. Have not rode any thing since it got trashed. I will have to buy a new helmet, it trashed a $600 shoei. Got a small hole in top right side from a rock and thought my left collar bone was broke. A month later it still hurts.
