buddy dave, after 398miles actual trailer travel time with the scooter, the U channel held up really good, no dent, no bent,no deformation, i swing the chock back and fort and the nut is still tight. i t means that the 2holes i bore didn't increase it's size due to vibration...and a lot easy to roll the scooter to the trailer, the chock grabs the wheel and locks it.....SUCCESS!!!! ...and any die hard harley fan out there? here's for u

Don't tell me. You trailered that scooter to Lake Havasu?? It's time for you to sell the scooter and buy a Buick.

Must be a time thing, can not get a 3 day weekend or something. The real fun is the ride and the stops food on the road and people you meet. Just be sure and wear shoes so no one sees your feet...lOL

A Red Herring! Hah! I knew it!! You couldn't even make good on your Promise to ride the Morphous to Lake Havasu!
OK, now let the authority explain Luke's behavior. He cites the guy on the Morphous that he met in San Diego as proof positive of the greatness of the Morphous. WRONG!!!! You see a real rider can ride the crate his bike came in on a long ride. He could have done the Iron Butt miles on a Roketa MC54-250B. Real riders know how to get the best out of their equipment, don't fear using it and do.
People who are filled with fear buy the most expensive bike they can and then trailer it everywhere. Harley Posers usually even trailer to Sturgis, park the trailer and then ride the bike two blocks to where the action is. Sound familiar?
Poor Luke. You'll never know the accomplishment of riding over 500 miles in a day, only to do it again the next day. The camaraderie of riding in a group all day to get to a rally, doing the ride and riding home with like enthusiasts.
I leave you with the Wisest words ever spoken around the group of motorcyclists I've been with.
"Going isn't why you ride, Riding is why you go." If I have to explain it to you then you just don't understand. (Registered trademark of Harley Davidson)
