Hi there, In my attempt to get a title for my Chinese scooter (Tao Tao powermax 150) I must get both the engine number and frame number. So far I have found the engine number stamped on the left side of the bike at the bottom of the engine, however I cannot locate the frame number anywhere. I have heard in some cases the engine number can also be the frame number, but I am not sure in this case. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Attachments:

On the majority of chinese scoots in the uk that I've seen so far, it's stamped on the upright just below the handle bars under a plastic cover. Sort of between the foot plate and the handle bars, around where there is often a helmet hanger or little glove box.

my 50s both have a metal tag screwed to the shround, the trunks also have a metal tag, there is another tag between your feet below the glove box.
