The liberty and beverly were everywhere when I was last in Italy. You couldn't walk down a street without seeing one. Very stable with those nice big wheels. Big wheel scooters haven't caught on in the UK, still not many about. You'd think there would be more with our rubbish roads!

Rubbish roads.....no kidding! For some reason I figured you guys would have pristine roads. Maybe the royal family would take a pay cut to fix some roads!!??
I ride a Pegasus which has 16" wheels. There's always a trade off, the bike is a little tippy at slow speeds but handles beautifully at speed. My scooters with 13"wheels are very stable at low speeds but aren't as smooth.
Hey KZ, sjrainsford and me are having a jolly time hijacking your thread! Are you going to spank me? I really think you should, I shouldn't get away with things just because I'm the admin. I said SPANK ME!!

No spanking necessary. I was just reporting the news. I'll really be curious to see how this bike compares, pricewise, to the Fly 150. I think it's cool that Piaggio is keeping their scooter line evolving and current, unlike another nation that I hate to mention (cough, cough, Japan, cough).

I love the Piaggio stuff too. Really fancy a Vespa GTS, but they're very pricey here. Also, I'd need to take my bike test to ride anything larger than a 125.
