So how is that routine maintenance? Sounds like a screw up to me. Chinese scooters last longer than that. And you don't know for sure which he meant. Japanese junk.

magoo admitted there is a very very little lubrication in the bearings thats why it blew on him... its a technical error not a part error, those ball bearings and housing are meant to be used with correct amount of lubrication.
the chinese on the other hand, no matter how well lubricated the bearings were, they still breaks into pieces, some chinese bearings are square and deformed.
and please tell me why is that if you purchase a brand new chinese scoot it is MANDATORY to do the PDI? .. japanese need no time wasting PDI's gosh!!! ,
and 99% of the time, you'll discover , non working headlight bulbs, broken cdi, fried rectifier, take note these scooters are brand new from the crate.... my goodnesss!!

WHAT! What! You can't be that naive. The dealer does the PDI when he gets the crate from Japan. Ever see a bill for a new bike?? Freight, Prep and destination charges. That is the dumbest thing you've said yet.
And technical error!! Yeah, bad engineering on a stupid part. Have you ever heard of sealed bearings? Wheels all have them.

That's right! It's a good thing the dealer fixes them before you ride it out the door. Isn't it grand that it never happens to Chinese scooters.

thats the main issue, these manufacturers slack in quality control because they know that it will be PDI'd by the owner to be or the stupid dealer like him( i dont wanna say his name, lol), and when the end user gets into an accident due to parts failure and mis-assembly, they will just say oooops sorry, we forgot to tighten the bolts or lubricate this and that... gosh chinese scoots!! whoever patronizes them or deals them is equally dumb... lol

And that's why EVERY online dealer writes a proviso in their warranty that all their responsibility is void if the buyer does the work himself. They're supposed to take it to some kind of small engine shop or motorcycle repair shop to get it assembled. I know you don't know anything but Japanese bikes FAIL all the time after purchase. If they didn't why would you get a warranty from them. How dumb can you be?
Leave Jim out of this. This is between your ignorant self and me. Japanese bikes are no better than Chinese. Go to any dealer and look at his repair bay. Blown engines, broken transmissions and fried clutches by the boatload.
You've only shown how ridiculous you are. If I had your 50cc SunL it would have 15,000 trouble free miles by now. It's mute testimony to your lack of skill that it didn't last.
That and your need of a trailer to go further than 150 miles from home on a touring scooter.

Equally dumb, huh? How come my Chinese bikes are all running? I knew when I bought them I was out on a tightrope with no net. Sadly you didn't read the fine print. My scooters will still be running when yours is junk. Correct that. Since you won't actually ride it, it's already junk.
And none of this changes the fact that I was right. Mike broke down on his Scooter. Japanese Junk.

Just like the Japanese, which is why they write Service Bulletins, send check lists and assembly instructions for their bikes when they come out of the crates. Lord, you are so out of it. No wonder you couldn't fix your SunL.

japanese and the others is very particular with product recall if need to.
moral of the lesson: don't overtighten the bolts, or you'll discover that the chinese crankcase is made up of materials same as in kitchen pans and frames are made from electrical conduits , Lol !!!!

No, they're made of the same crap as yours and I overtightened the cylinder head-BIG LIAR-not the head studs. Nice try at the BIG LIE--again. If Japanese scooters are so good how come there recalls? Shouldn't they be perfect-Good Heavens and OMG! I won't try to explain why the Chinese don't issue recalls since they don't need it. Unlike your bad fuel pumped, bad connections junker. And Mike broke down Nanny Nanny boo boo. Ha Ha Ha! No wonder you trailer your junker. Plus CF Moto has issued recalls which is why my scooter is better than yours. It comes from a better company. |

i toldya guys, i've got tons of revelations about chinese scoots that KZ can't answer, he stummers! from PDI's, kitchen pans, overtightened bolts ,lack of product recall to conduit pipes, all creates an overwhelming evidence that chinese scooties are junk!
It is guilty to all 5 counts of poor-ness in quality and himself is a living witness of it... some people never learn from their mistakes... i feel sorry for them.😢
