Anyone out ported and polished a head on a 50cc doing a big bore kit and was thinking about trying it.I have done it on v8 engines but i don't if what i know about heads on a big engine will work on a little one.

The Valve Job and bowles are the most important part of flow on any fourstroker. The Ari/Fuel has to be told were to go. The engine is not happy with a Flow Bench three angle valve job.

yep i do them for scrappy.. it's not easy if you dont know what you are doing. i port,bigger valves, three angle valve seats cut the combustion chamber plus other lil detailed work..and yes i have a flow bench..we came a long way with these lil heads...so i guess what im saying is it takes alot of time to do these right..one mess up and the head will be used as a paper weight........
