Upon removal of the carburetor for maintenance I came to realize that the carb is not serviceable. The three fasteners for the float bowl are non existent, sheared off apparently at the factory. There is not a way to make an air/fuel adjustment either as there is no adjustment screw, just a blanked off section on the body of the carb. Is this the way they are shipping now? Any insight? Thanks

I've heard of float bowl screws and A/F screws being sealed but never together on the same carb. Here's a video for removing the A/F blocker. The float bowl removal is essentially the same. They seal them to prevent tinkering with the mixture or changing the jets.
