It's possible that it's the valves. The standard thinking on the CF Moto style engine is that you only adjust the valves when they get loose. I'm thinking that they don't have a tendency to tighten like a GY6 does so you do them when you hear them rattle.

Buy a Kevlar belt, Dr. Pulley's slider weights (I ordered 19g), lightly sand clutch pads, clean and grease all parts that get greased.......this fixed all my vibrating issues. My fashion runs 100% better now!
