There should be a metal plate somewhere on it and that will tell what it is. But best to put up a picture of it and we may be able to tell what you have. Also look at the motor and see which motor you have the 244cc HELIC VERTICAL or the 257cc HORIZONTIAL LINAHI motor.
Here are the two motors big difference so you should know which one you have right away.

My Trike is a clone of the 250s look at my taillights in my sig are yours the same?

Yes its the HELIX 244 motor and it looks like the same body as my trike even the gas tank is the same it holds about 4.7 gallons of gas. So now what about the taillights are they the same as mine on my Trike?

That looks like the same gas tank I have on my 250 BMS Macho Man, If it is the same the only hold around 2.5 gallons, maybe slightly more, but nowhere near 4.7. I wish they held that much.

Well know that I look at his in there mine is more forward than his notice on my picture where the key insert is to open the door. So on mine they made the tank longer that is probably why mine holds 4.7.

Yeah my taillight is completely different, it does a U shape. I found it on roketa.com under mc-13-250 bali if you wanna take a look, I would prefer to buy from an american seller for shipping times and it is usually cheaper. Its part 44 on the plastics set.

Alleyoop, you seem like you know a lot so I will ask you a few questions. My oil came out white In the 250. I beleive that is water or gas in the oil. That could be cracked block/head, blown gasket, or piston rings right? It seems to run great though. It seems a little shakey and I can hear what sounds like a chain rattling against itslef when I give it like 5% throttle just to kind of move it around. I havent had a chance to really try and diagnose anything with work and all. Any ideas?

That is it! But it is literally half as much from Roketa might open a scooter shop out here and make bank off of it. Lol.
