Yes I will sweetie, if you will shut TF up. Now here's an interesting item. The rollers are asymmetrical! They are thicker on one end and taper down to a narrower profile on the other. In the manual they are adamant about installing them with the thicker end off to the left as you look down into the inner pulley. Here's two rollers showing the different sized ends:
From what I read today the different mass from one side to the other compensates for the centripetal force torsion effect that makes the rollers wear unevenly and stick. It seems to work because the rollers look great at 8K.
So I sanded down the clutch pads with some 100 grit, it didn't take much, they were in good shape:
Check out the torque spring on this puppy!:
So I put the clutch assembly back on:
Then the bell:
And the weird bearing that fits in the inner CVT cover:
Then loaded the variator with cleaned up (rubbing alcohol) rollers, capped it, and installed it:
Put the covers back on:
I fired her up and the CVT was perfect on the stand but the acid test is tomorrow on the road.

You will??? Honest injun??? That would be great babycakes,,,, that way we won't have to hear you sniveling about the level of difficulty doing the valve adjust,,, and it just got one and probably won't need another for 8-10000 miles anyways

Well I took her out for about a 30 mile ride some of which was kinda high speed. It seems I picked up about 3 MPH per previous RPMs. By that I mean if I was going 70 at 6.5K RPM before, it's about 73 MPH now. I'm not sure what does that but it's happened on several bikes I've change the belt on. Probably the belt is a little shorter and rides up quicker on the pulleys. The engine is stronger with new Mobil 1 in it, that always makes a difference. I'll probably put 10K on this new belt and maybe swap out the rollers with it. It still runs like a dream and gives me no trouble at all. It has never failed to start and runs perfect once it does. The tires are hardly worn at 8K, go figure. I'll shut up now but this bike is something else. It's fast, reliable, handles like a dream, and never complains. She loves to run hard and so do I. Hi baby! She's over there staring at me, she wants to go out again. In the morning sweetie.....in the morning.
