7800 KLM motor went south . What is the biggest bore kit I can use with out modifying the cases also a brand recommendation I will need piston cylinder. head and gaskets.///FIDO model 2009 pst150-11

Here are your choices: Alleyoop
The 58.5mm (155cc) kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for your current GY6 cylinder body, and no alterations to the engine or crankcase are necessary. I would use this kit if I was going to replace the rings on the current motor. It would fix your blown motor and give a tad extra low end torque.
The 61mm (170cc), 62mm (175cc), and 63mm (180cc) kits will require machining of your crankcase to allow the cylinder sleeve to fit. Alleyoop

Thank you for the info // Is much difference in the quality between brands of the 58.5 kit // I pulled the motor down today The head of the exhaust valve is stuck in the piston . So I am going to need piston and cyl. kit and a complete head assy. Thank you for the info FIDO
