Wait, I didn't say I didn't like two strokes but I was making an observation. Heck, even I'd love to get my hands on a Genuine Rattler or two stroke Stella. Certainly way more than I'd like to get a Morphous.

i went thru a phase,,,first of the oil injection bikes so you didn't have to premix,,,something about having power on every stroke,,,too bad they handled like sh!t and had no brakes,,lol it's a wonder anyone of us is still alive,,,some guy brings out a V4 gamma to the rockstore every year like 3 or 4 times,,,nothing like the sound of a 4 cyl 2 stroke as it comes on the pipe,,,man o man,,4 expansion chambers with no silencers,,,it is a thing of beauty

Yep those puppies are fast no need to do any mods on those. They run well over 50mph no sweat. Alleyoop

well, i am a certified rider,
Well said Borg. Dude reaally? What did you say? "215 miles and my body screamed UNCLE!" My wife did that, on her Rebel, after lunch, and went for a swim after she came home.
And Rapid Jim is still waiting for your qualifications to comment on the motorcycle business and its practices.
It's amazing. First it was, and still is, Chinese scooters, then it was Honda Silver Wings, then it was two stroke engines and NOW it's modified motorcycles. You keep slamming everything and you'll have to keep riding the Edmund Fitzgerald or eat your words later.

You know Luke you probably are correct in saying that i do have some bragadosio about my work,,and i should keep that stuff under wraps,,but i am very proud of my work and other people like it as well,,in that respect i have been blessed and am very thankfull for it,,,as far as bickering with you over nothing has come to an end at least on my end,,i always have said here at the risk of quoting myself,, you like what you got great,,i like what i got and will get in the future,,,wonderful,,even at 58 years old i still feel the best years of my life are way ahead of me and can't wait to do another build,,,so luke old boy,,ride ride ride what you got,, you will not hear another peep out of me towards you ,,,it is a moot point,,,i'm tired of farting against thunder,,,,i might just have to get a morph to see what all the hubbub is about i must be missing something

i still think there's nothing quite like the crackling of a four cylinder 500 2 smoke in the morning as she comes on the pipe

yah, you need to see one,sit on one and ride one to like one...i advice you to ride more and gain more experience, because you will only know what i know through experience nothing else...so enough of posting your age, 58 is just a spring chicken compared to mine. it's the riding experience that counts here now...not the "modifying and upgrading of motorcycle" years..lol stay put, you still have a lot of rice to eat before you can level up to my expretise...good luck, but yah i advice you to find a morphous in CL, just look at it i'm sure you'll be mesmerized, get rid of your 2002 vespa, that thing is for girls doncha know? LOL
take care...let's wait for KZ, he'll butt in in a little while , wait and see

Do you ever get tired of yourself. A Vespa is a girl's bike? Say that next time you go to Amerivespa. Your expertise (and don't you have spell check on your Japanese computer?) is limited at best, minimal in comparison to Borg, me and most of the people here. He just told you he's had some real hot rod bikes, how would an overweight, ill handling, under damped and lack luster bath tub mesmerize him?

Yes, it does. Which is why this would be a whole lot better coming from a rider like Magoo. He does more on one tour than you did all season long.
