Great deal at $1000.00 BUT there is a RESERVE on it, and the RESERVE could be $5000.00 you don't know. Now you know whoever the seller is has to make some money, so the reserve is a little over what it cost him. Wise up boys, nothing is free. Alleyoop

I wish ebay would drop the reserve crap. You could start out an auction at the least you will take too. I will not go any further as soon as I see reserve on any item there. Also when you search it comes up "best choice" which usually the worst choice, it should default to "ending soonest".
There have been many vehicles there that I would have bid on had they not put a reserve on them.

One bad scenario That could always happen with bidding a reserve is....You have so much money for a scooter, you bid one with reserve and it doesn't make reserve so you bid on another scooter and actually get it, then the guy with the reserve decides to lower his reserve making you the owner of 2 scooters with enough money to buy one!

Current bid: US $1,500.00
It would appear that the reserve was breached. Let the games begin.

CL is my friend CL is my friend CL is my friend You can say that again. I won't go near Ebay unless there's a buy it now price. There are people out there who are Ebay professionals and know how to win by setting bids with seconds to go. I don't want anything that badly that I can't find it on CL at a decent price.

Remember,, it's an '09 Leftover. If I recall there are some differences...but I didn't handle the pre-Alliance( ie: Carter Brothers)SYM's. But still....all in all, even if you factor in shipping... a great deal at less than 2 grand.

No matter it's a 2009. Remember JIm63 on Scoot Dawg? He was pushing 30,000 miles in just a couple of years on his SYM RV-250. He and his wife both had them and they toured like 3,000 miles each year with them.

Oh, no doubt about it. SYM makes one hell of a bike. And if you're looking to upgrade both in quality and/or size, you seriously need to be looking at this deal. Granted, it does have some cosmetic shop wear, but even with shipping.... you would be nuts not to take advantage of this deal. Dealer cost is right around 4k !
