I have in stalled a Hoca 58.5 big bore kit /matching head //foam sock air filter/slightly modified exhaust system. any one have a hint at what to start with a main jet? ngk iridum spark plug. I would app any hint can get Thank you Fido 64

I would get #17.5 and a #115 main jet the Pilot should be fine I am sure you have a 24mm carb like I do it is the same motor as mine and the Pilot should be a #35. Alleyoop

Got another question Alleyoop what does the cam shaft stopper plate do? Will it work with out it? will it work with the Hoca head

The cam stopper what that does is stops the motor from running backwards. When you go to start the motor if it fires and pushs the piston back down right away and not allow the piston to come up and rotate the other way it will start up running backwards. The stopper stops the cam shaft from rotating backwards. And yes it will work without it and if the motor starts backward just shut if off and restart it again. As far as working with the hoca head I do not know. But the Cam shaft should have a Flat protruding piece of metal built into the Cam shaft that the stopper hits if it starts backward and that makes it stop. Alleyoop If the HOCA CAM HEAD has a cam with the stopper built into it then it should work.
