I plan on getting the ncy 61mm for my taotao 150cc. How fast did u get ur scooter to go with this?? I also plan on installing a +4mm crankshaft. What clutch springs should I get for acceleration? I plan on doing some racing this summer. Just need to get all my parts. Here is my list: +4mm crankshaft, ncy 61mm, Koso racing variator, a9 camshaft and a proformance muffler off eBay. Tell me what u think.

You will run out of gearing you need to put in Taller Gears, you should be able to get into the the high 60s at the least. Alleyoop

Only in the 60's??? Damn. I thought with taller gears and a bigger crankshaft I would reach 72mph+ which gears should I go with. I want a lot of top end and acceleration.

How did you come up with 72+ mph? You can do calculations and come up with a number. Just like mine with the 62mm and 60mm stroker crank which added 30 more ccs from 149.6 to 182ccs and I have all the performance parts and with 16/37 gears from 13/40 gears that it came with the calculation came up to 77mph. The max I have hit is 70 and that is with no wind so expect on the flats all out in the high 60s with hardly any wind. It will do probably 70s but with the wind behind you or going downhill but that don't count. What counts is what the motor can pull on the flats.
Also to get the max top end you will sacrifice some low end and mid range pull. With the taller gearing you will notice them come on around 40+mph. Alleyoop

I have one yet to install I find the Flange Thickness is only .039 The piston has no Pin oiling ie Forced Pin oiling. I have made my own. I also find past +2mm in Stroke the Rod Length to Stroke Ratio in No Bueno! ie Harsh Rod Angle,Comprising Ring Seal Hard on Piston Skirt and Cylinder Wall. Alley's Right On with the 16/37 Gear recommend.

Here is what each cam CAN produce does not mean it will it all depends on the rest of the system. But from this looks like I would go with a A11 more hp at lower rpms. Alleyoop
