Success!!! After all of the work done last weekend we have found the problem....a clogged vacuum line. We called the company to trouble shoot and after looking at the air filter, etc my husband found a line that didnt have alot of pressure. He took it off and blew through it REALLY HARD and a bunch of "dirt" came out. Don't ask how because the engine and compartment are spotless but it looked like a build up. Runs perfectly now. You guys are bookmarked in my computer so if I run into any problems I'll let you know! Thanks again, Kelly

Valve spring is set at .003 for both intake and exhaust. We changed the oil as soon as we got it. After it was put back together, this is what it still sounds like (video attached). On the first start, it went for about 10 seconds and started to struggle, then died.

On a bike this new you think it might be that? It seems like that might be out of my "garage mechanic" realm

Hello forum, I just bought a 2014 JiaJue 150cc and have 23 miles on it. I've rode it twice with a shaky start up but it would start and was riding fine. This weekend (aug 9 2014) I tried starting and it died right away and has done that ever since. We adjusted the air/fuel ratio and checked all the lines and everything looks fine. With only 23 miles I wouldnt think anything would be wrong?? Can someone help diagnose? I can take video if that helps. Thanks, Kelly
