Just an update changed belt and rollers all is fine plus now with 1g heavier rollers I can now do 70 at 6000rpm

Well I rode it this morning getting much worse now. I tried to get variator off but no luck will have to wait for tool. The inside of the clutch bell is smooth a glazzed also

OK so cover off checked belt its 220mm which is same as new one so waiting on the tool now to check rollers. But if these look OK what else could it be

OK so wow a belt is expensive didn't think I would be that much and I have to buy the silly variator tool. Any how so rollors seen as I prob will need to change these as the service book recommends at this millage I do how I I attachive a higher speed for lower revs? So 70mph at 6500rpm save fuel etc

Its done around 10,000 yeah still pulls very well will check belt and fluid tomorrow thanks

Hi on my gilera nexus 300ie I used to get 70mph from 7000rpm now to acheive the same speed I need to be doing around 7500rpm this seems to be getting worse too any ideas
