Right, but why won't it stay running ? Could the intake manifold have a crack ?? Should I check the gravity feed set up just to start eliminating stuff what is video 3 about? is it the green line that goes to the carb at the pump side? why is there no gas coming through it? i couldnt tell if i was looking at the purple or green line from the lighting, that was in it. if it pumps gas when its not on the bike the bike even runs, then why isnt it flowing on the bike? I have now labeled ALL videos 1-6 and beyond if need be. what video are you referring to?

On the FIRST VIDEO where you say EXHAUST SIDE(WHICH IS REALLY THE INTAKE MANIFOLD VACUUM PORT). I see fuel in the VACUUM line NOW is the FUEL COMING FROM THE PUMP or is it COMING FROM THE INTAKE MANIFOLD? Because if the FUEL is coming from the INTAKE MANIFOLD AND NOT from the PUMP that is a problem with the motor. And the problem would be EITHER TIMING and or THE INTAKE VALVE. IF THE FUEL in the VACUUM in video one is coming from the FUEL PUMP then the FUEL PUMP Sorry to say is bad. But I did not see fuel coming from the fuel pump so SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH YOUR MOTOR, TIMING OR INTAKE VALVE. So DID You do anything to the motor and or take the cam chain off and or take the FLYWHEEL OFF etc.. Alleyoop It's coming from the intake manifold No I didn't take anything off.

Uploading Two videos to YT now, SHOULD be up by the morning. One at the Intake manifold line side of it, and one from the Fuel pump side. For the people who have said it's coming from the fuel pump. These two videos were taken at the same time, of the vac lines.
Intake manifold side. 5th video
Fuel pump side. 6th video

Maybe I missed something along the way....But I have read this whole thread. Have you solved the gas in vac line problem? As stated above, your fuel pump diaphragm is bad. Any gas dumping through the carb, would be sucked into the cylinder as soon as the intake vave opened, not forced into a line leading to a closed system. The gas in your vac line is leaking by your fuel pump diaphragm. I might suggest a Mikuni pump, they are a good one, and rebuild kits are available for them. Also replace the vac line that has the screw in the end with a proper vac cap. So I have had two bad pumps ?? I always see it coming out of the ex manifold end first, Never see it coming from the pump, NOT buying any more pumps!! Will take a sledge hammer to the whole @!$#ing first. If that sounds like I am pissed off I am, but not at anyone on this board, at the whole situation. I bought this on 8/1/2014 I should not be going through this. Will make video tomorrow night with TWO different cams, one of the pump, and one of the Intake manifold at the same time and the gravity feed. Hopefully I get out in time.

Going to be doing the gravity thing tomorrow, need to find an old-ish school gas can with a vent nub in back, checked around nobody sells them anymore, and I have all newer ones, But I think one of my friends has one but he's not home right now. If and when I pull the ex manifold what is the torque on the bolts? if there is any. I did look here www.chinesescooterreference.com/pdf/GY6Manual.pdf on page 8 it has torque values but nothing that says manifold.

That's why I asked him about the other carb, that crossed my mind. If two did it that's unlikely but it wouldn't hurt to pull the dome and look. The needle doesn't lift at idle but his is cranking up so much it could be a factor.
Hey Pissedmoped, did you ever pull the sparkplug and look at it?
Yep, posted them on page two here.

Great, so it is working the VACUUM line goes on the SMOOTH CONNECTOR and the Black HOSE GOES on the KNURLED connector, It is pumping plenty of fuel. Alleyoop Right, but why won't it stay running ? Could the intake manifold have a crack ?? Should I check the gravity feed set up just to start eliminating stuff

Just now happened to notice the pump and the connectors a bell rang in my head: Do me a favor unbolt the fuel pump and look on the other side and see if you see ARROWS, most Fuel pumps Where you have the green going to the Carb IS supposed to be INPUT FUEL FROM THE TANK. So I am thinking you have the pump connected wrong. Like this fuel pump and as well as my fuel pump the SINGLE CONNECTOR on the pump is most always INPUT FUEL FROM THE TANK. Alleyoop SEE THE ARROWS BUILT INTO THE PUMP ARROW IN AND ARROW OUT. Will do that in the morning. Then the top one would be the green carb line, and the purple one would be the bottom one, and single black one will be the gas tank.
