After wiring the switch as pictured in the diagram I found the black and yellow were getting too hot when the scooter was running but I had high beams when I flipped the switch....nothing when I pushed down on the switch for passing. I'll have to try another configuration

Well after checking with a probe it appears that the black wire is power, blue goes to high beams, pink goes to high beams when pressing the toggle switch to "passing" and yellow goes to lights in the gauge cluster when switched on. Now I have to see which lead on the switch goes to what wire from the scooter.

I checked the library and I'm still unsure...The original plug was cut off so right now I have a blue and black wire attached to an aftermarket toggle switch(I'm assuming black is power and blue is to the high beam)Toggle this switch and high beams come on. There is a pink wire and a yellow wire which are both connected and capped. I purchased a OEM switch that toggles and has a momentary passing mode if you push down on it but no way of knowing what wire to hook to what lead off the switch. Guess I'll just have to try a few different configurations and seewhat happens. Oh and BTW....my low beams come on as soon as I start the bike. I don't know if thats the way it should be or not which could explain the pink and yellow being connected.

Hi, I have a Jonway YY150T-2 with an aftermarket High Beam switch that the PO installed. I've aquired a factory switch but I don't know what wires to attach to which connector on the switch since he cut off the original plug. Anyone here have a pic of the male plug to the High Beam switch or know which wire goes to which lead from the switch? Thanks!
