Appears the mileage was listed incorrectly, it is only 1.1k miles.

So I checked out a 09 Vino 125 with 11k miles, asking price 1k. I have a few concern's though, I can only get it to 40-45mph. Also, the owner has done no maintenance other than 2 oil changes over its life, not sure on what mileage they were done at. Figured I would post here before looking further into buying it. Thanks

Yep, you were right; I pulled the fuse 7A 125V and it was blown, so I ordered a pack of them.

Sounds good, a fuse makes sense; I'll check it tomorrow. Yes the killswitch is in run and the stand is also up.

It did not start or give any indication of power; no lights, horn, anything.

Also, I should add I looked at my battery and do believe it's 12v.

And it may have not been the best idea... Currently it only starts via kickstart and the electronics are dead with the key turned on (until its kickstarted). Also the fuel gauge is not working properly. The car was on when the I tried jumping it. My scooter is a 2009 Zuma 50f 2-stroke.
I'm sure I made a real rookie mistake so I'm here confessing my noobishness in effort to learn from my mistakes.

Perfect, that makes tons more sense; I'll adjust it tomorrow. When does concern me is that it only goes 37mph (5k elevation and I weigh 175lbs). It has performance exhaust and looks to have these supporting mods. Is that normal?

I think you may be right. The springs are yellow, it takes a decent amount of RPM for the clutch to grab. Does this explain the engine dying when given throttle when it's cold?

I finally got the the clutch and variator off. The material on the clutch looks good and there are no flat spots on the rollers? Any ideas?
