Have to really watch what your buying your stock 150 GY6 is 149.6cc's. The one that they say is 180cc is a 58.5mm bore which gives you 155.36cc's. The one that they say is a 200cc is a 61mm bore which gives you 168.92cc's and requires boring your case. These dealers love to round up the numbers and they all do it. NOT a one I have found tell you the real Displacement of their kits. The displacement would go up some if a stroker where added but all they add is a cam which either gives you low end grunt or high end R's. My motor was a 149.6cc 157QMJ, had it bored out and had a 62mm BBK with a 60mm Stroker put in, it is now a true 182cc motor. Alleyoop ____________________________________________________________________ Alleyoop..... You absolutely right. I did some further research on what you said...You are absolutely right about cc's. My bike is a 125 cc so i would still feel some gain in power/speed with the 58.5 mm kit advertised. Or will in not do much and should i rather look for a true 180cc conversion with case bored. If so what cam is best? And what else should i change?

It really is a good price (Although i must still pay import taxes and VAT) for everything that comes with this kit. I do recognise some parts from searchin around that are frequently used in the upgrades. As i said earlier, i really just want to get some more unffffff out of bike when needed. I dont intend to ride full throttle all the time. I dont think i can go wrong with the BB 180cc kit. From what i have read (and re-read) it is a straight bolt off/on combination...Then setting everything correctly will be the harder part. But i know that i will get it right. Just another question. the cam that come with this 180cc kit. Will it be fine for this setup? and also what cluth/springs and variotor kit could i use to even get more power out of bike? Once again thanks for taking the time to answer and clear some doughts czmdiver . Paulo

I do apologize for not having remembered to change into inches the sizes....easy conversion but i really did not remember....
Just a quick update ( because i owe it and am grateful ) to you guys that took the time to help out.... Also who knows if someone else wont be in a similar situation and stumble upon this thread....
I am just waiting for a last confirmation about a possible solution....It seems EBC (Part number EBC MD989D ) has a rotor slightly smaller than mine (8.84 inches)... the inner diameter is 2.29 which is perfect. This is a front wheel rotor, so drill holes on the pad contact area would run the opposite way...but that is just cosmetic. Just waiting to see if its a straight fit on fixating holes or will i have to re drill new holes. I will post here and let you guys know when i have certainty....
To Alleyoop, tvnacman and cyborg..........Thankyou guys...Have a great weekend.

You guys rock....how the hell did i not think "out of the box" I cant get the exact measurment with brake disc mounted but from what i see there is a possibilty to drop the diameter from 230 to 220 as it has queit alot of overhead from brake pad contact point to outer diameter.... that example you sent me alleyoop, would that be possible to mount it on the bike?

I would like to thank you guys in advance for the replies and help...
@ Alleyoop...I have remounted the disc back on the bike. I can guarantee you its 229/230 mm in diameter. I checked easily 4 times before i remounted it as i searched all over the internet and i found some with same measurments inbetween the mounting holes, but diameter i think was 180 or 190 mm...
@ Cyborg.... The disc is not that bad except for a slight buckle in it...As too resurfaced....yes i could do it but sooner or later im going to need a new one.....
I got into contact with a huge UK online webstore of chinese scooter parts and they too did not have a match.
One thing is certain....it is 230 mm diameter and i am sure im not the only bike on this planet to have that size disc.. (especially coming from china ) :-) It really has made me look for hours and hours to try and identify it....
Ps: I did find once a webstore in France selling parts and there was a disc of 230 mm advertised. I got into contact with them but never recieved an answer. Now they are nowhere to be found....
Thanks Cyborg for condolences....it happened 30 km from where i live....Makes no sense these cowards attacking innocent civilians....

Hi guys... Last year i bought a second hand yiying benzhou yy-125-t scooter. Its been queit a reliable chineese scooter. Now i need to get a new rear wheel brake disc. Sounds easy right? Actually not...its become a nightmare as it seems like my scooter must be the only one in the world with a 230 mm rear brake disc. I have spent hours researching and have spoken to 2 or 3 different online shops, and there is no disc that size for my scooter. Although my scooter is a yiying benzhou the front lights are stamped jonway. the speedometer is identical too. Even the whole bike is very very similair...yet no jonway so i have been told has a 230 mm rear disc too...Could some "Master Experts" help me out? Im sure there is someone out there who can help me find the reference/make or model for me to order the correct rear brake disc. Any help will be much appreciated my friends. A huge hello from Belgium and a happy easter to everyone. Thanks Paulo
