We will help figure this out,,, let's not go into hostility,,, I have not reread the thread,,,,, but has the cam been replaced with one that has a higher lift?? Coil spring bind will break them,,, and also these machines have,,, ahem,,, quality control issues,,, may have just fatigued and broke on it's own,,, you do run it high rpm Thank you sir, New cam and springs and 6.5g rollers seem to have fixed all issues. From my findings it's running better than most at this point. Rips like a raped ape!

Let's see now......your poor little engine is breaking valve springs, but not reving over 6k, and you say all you want is to get 4,000 more rpm's out of it? ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS?Really hard for me to understand the way your mind works. My poor little engine is hitting 9k rpm where I want it and I'm running 56mph GPS verified now. I think my mind is working a bit better than yours. Thanks for the comment arse hat!

Interested thing happened today. I started to get a loud tick from the top end, and decided to do some checking. First off broken valve spring :/ also decided to check the CVT with the cover off... I'm stopping at 6k Roms because my belt is going going up and over my varistor at 6k!!!!!! To much powaaaaaaaa haha time for a larger variator, might end up making one....
So thought on where to purchase a larger variator??

Try that.
I'm not worried so much of performance I want my rpms higher lmao. I just need that to happen! Ordering a new clutch assembly this week. Hoping it's the pin in the original assembly sticking or something...

Lol, that's what I was thinking also, but everything is moving smooth as can be, not to mention I'm on my 2nd variator just to make sure...

Large variator face? ,,,@ 53 gps verified at 6000 or so I'd be happy,,,it'll stay together longer I can't compare to stock as the face had worn grooves so I tossed it. It's a cheapo koso variator if that helps. And I'm extremely happy with performance as I know it's pretty much at max potential. But I'd just like to see the rpms regained... Clutch and torque springs haven't helped, different weight sliders haven't either. It seems to stick at 6k rpms, even on the stand with no load it's snags at 6k rpms then hammers up to 12k... according to stock tach which I'm sure isn't quite right....fyi all emission stuff is gone evap and egr..

Qmb 139, installed full bbk "80cc" exhaust, carb, filter, piston, cylinder, valvles, all dome 100% to spec. Infant it's the second kit I tried due to me being at a loss here. The bike runs absolutely great, but I'm stuck hitting 6k rpms. Before I put the new variator on it would hot would hit 8k rpms. Which I'd like to be back in that range. I've tried from 5g to 9g rollers. Started high with the kit and worked my way down. And I just can't get over 6k.... I have 2 brand new cdi of different brands. Neither make a difference. Now if I put the bike on the stand with no load it'll hit hit 12k I believe. I let off 3/4 throttle at 10 rpms. I weigh 165. I've also tried a range of torque and clutch springs. Nothing has made a difference except my acceleration has bounced from crazy fast to crapty... I'm hitting 53 gps verified which I'm more than happy with, but why on earth can I not hit just a bit higher rpms? Also, on to my second variator trying to figure this out aswell, I keep getting huge detrimental flat spots on my rollers.
What gives!?!??!?!
