also the battery is low when i tested so it still should show the voltage going into the battery from the regulator charging which its not

I rechecked again at the stator level and the regulator level. Green is grounded Yellow shows 14.5 volts AC Whites is like 22vac red is 11.98 from battery
So I think it could only mean the voltage regulator is bad or is not compatible with this 50cc engine system.

Its a Qlink Axon 50ccc, I changed the stator, CDI box a year ago since it wouldn't start. It worked fine for a year then the Headlamp with blow out due to over voltage. I changed the Voltage Regulator and still same problem. System would not charge battery. After checking the voltages coming into the regulator green is grounded, 2 ac voltage show volts when engine running, red wire battery shows 12v wired to battery without a problem. So I thought perhaps the staor blew out and installed a new stator.
After install, same problem. System not charging battery. Rechecked wiring from regulator to stator connector. All wires are continuous with no breaks in the test.
Tried to connect 2 separate wires from the yellow and white of the stator end bypassing the system harness directly to the regulator. With the engine on still not charging. This is the 2nd voltage regulator i ordered thinking the prior may have been bad. Could this be a bad voltage regulator again? Does anyone know how to check the 4 pins of the regulator with a multi meter when its disconnected to verify if its good?
