No battery voltage at the stator wires. The only reasonable conclusion I can make is that the stator must have gone bad somehow. Only reason why now 3 separate regulators would not work.
All grounds are verified perfect.
I've ordered an 11-pole conversion with harness and regulator.

Been there, and done that. Zero information on my specific situation. Guess I'll just have to try yet another rectifier.
The second one I tried was working 100% on my other scooter until the moment I removed it. Don't think it's terribly likely that it is bad.

I have a 2013 Taotao EVO 150 that all of a sudden wants to do nothing but send unregulated AC power out of the rectifier, instead of regulated DC power. My first warning that something was going on was when my battery started dying. Eventually, my gauge cluster lights, DRL's, turn signals, and brake light (DC power) all went out completely. With the scooter still running, I disconnected the battery and found that it had a pretty good charge (12.4V), but the fuse between the battery and the scooter was no longer allowing power to pass through it. The filament was not burned out, but it was not conducting very well. Upon disconnecting the battery, all of a sudden, the DC powered lights went really bright, and were doing that subtle pulsing thing that the AC powered lights do. I revved the engine a little, and they all burned out, except for the gauge cluster lights. I figured the rectifier was toast, so I threw in a spare one that I have. Result? Same thing. When I connected my test light to the red DC output wire, it glows bright enough to scare the sun. Anybody have any idea why two separate rectifiers would both pump out unregulated AC power instead of DC? Real head-scratcher on my part. Thanks in advance.
