Kymco are Taiwanese (the scoots are built in China, but to Kymco's QC). Just remember that Kymco made Honda engines for years.

The Gap for sure has 28" length, and that likely means Banana Republic, and Old Navy do as well. Hit them at the right time for 40% off sales and shop the sale rack. I grabbed a great pair of slacks for around $10 at Banana.
