Kill switch

Hey guys my kill switch don't work and my starter button don't work only way for me to shut it off it by putting my hand over the exhaust my ignition won't shut it off eather it's a tao tao zummer

I removed the fuse and connected the cables directly and still nothing I'm gunnar try aging when I get out of work

Hey fellas I'm in need of serious help I have a 2015 tao tao zummer and for some odd reason none of my electronic's work but it kick starts just fine first kick and I can completely pull out the ignition and it still runs idk what it is I pulled the battery out and it still kicks over and runs idk what the heck it is any help will be greatly appreciated
