Neco Abruzzi 125 (62 reg) taking off side panels ....Parts ?

Hi, new to this forum,
Can I ask how you got on with this?
I have just got a Neco Abruzzi for my sons first twist and go, got it cheap as was a non runner and quite quickly identified that the carb needs a good clean out and maybe some new fuel pipes as the scooter had been sat for 18 months...... but I cant work out how to get the panels off to access the carb. Any help appreciated.
