its ~22 mm which is within limits according to the service manual. Looks normal (I think). I noticed that it happens on sharp turns at a stop, could it just be that its a cheap stock band thats aging and this kind of slippage is normal?

['08 CFmoto Echarm (carb) w/ 1000 Miles.]
For those of you who have never seen a scooter with a parking brake, its just a lever under the seat that engages the rear brake to prevent thieves from rolling your bike away.
Point A and B were 1.5 miles apart. Rode the whole way with the brake on.
When I got to the place I was going it hit me. I noticed that the rear disc brake had turned a little brown (the parking brake lever never really applied that brake that hard- just enough to make it hard to push by hand).
Lately I've been noticing a problem @ WOT, especially on turns after a stop light.
The bike moves forward, then the engine "disengages" for a brief moment, moves, does it again a little bit, then goes back to normal.
I was curious if I burnt out the clutch shoe or something else? The brakes have plenty of stopping power even after the incident. Just wanted to get a second opinion from you guys to see if I should be worried about it.

So I finally got the problem fixed after about 20 hours at the dealer. They said it was a bad (severly corroded) ignition solenoid. They found a short near the steering column, too.

So I bought a CFMoto Echarm a while back and had some strange problems.
I bought it new from a dealer and noticed that RANDOMLY the engine would start losing power and start hesitating. Then, when I would keep driving through it (im on warranty, I'll try to ride it untill it breaks) thing got even worse; the blinkers would start sputtering rather than blinking. After a while even the sputtering would stop and I would just have no blinkers period. BUT... if I apply my brakes when I have the blinkers on while its losing power, the blinkers work.... once I let go of the brakes the blinkers crap out again.
after this happens I'll usually kill the engine and restart. It almost never starts up again when it happens... it might crank a little (actually, today it made a grinding noise) but it wont actually start up.
Ill roll it back and forth a little bit and leave it alone for a few minutes and it will start back up and act like nothing ever happened.
Then ill turn it off and start up again the next day and ill see the same problems (sometimes 30 miles down the road!)
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!?!?!
My dealer already replaced the CDI, Voltage regulator/rectifier and starter relay...
I thought I was good but now its starting to happen again!!!
Help me out guys!
