Hello, can anyone advise me on how to fix this problem? My Jonway 150cc starts but within seconds it blows fuel from the valve cover vent tube!

Hi everyone, I’m new to this board.
I’ve got a problem with my Jonway 150cc scooter.
I have finally managed to get it started (it’s been sitting in a container for a very long time) and when it runs, it sprays fuel out from the vent tube connected to the valve cover!! Please could someone advise what the issue might be. Cheers.
