the reason I didn't disassemble the clutch was clutch pads look very good not worn-out practically new and not sure what else to look for if I did disassemble clutch

I have only removed the bell and clutch but have not disassembled clutch when it's sitting on the ground and I throttle up it boggs but dose not die or stall out when on the kickstand and I throttle up up rpms increases rear tire and clutch and bell and variator spin belt on variator moves outward and inward on the clutch

is it possible that clutch bell is to large for the clutch ? may clutch is grabbing and spinning the bell but not enough when it has weight on the rear tire ?

I'm not a scooter mechanic but recently could not get my scooter to start and while scratching my head foud a bees nest inside the muffler I would check to see if your muffler is clogged with something once I cleaned the exhaust pipe started right up and a few adjustments on carburetor was running great again

yeah when i throttle it up it screems belt on the variator moves outward and on the clutch belt moves inward any suggestions I mean the scooter has 125 miles and pads and clutch looks in great shape like not worn out is what I mean is there an adjustment I can make or get a new clutch is the only option I was recently told that no air box cover and filter would also make it respond this way I do not have a cover or filter for the air box need to order one .would a cone style filter work for this I was told it wouldn't not to wast my time on it

hello I have a TNG ls49 got it free and not running now running but when I throttle belt spins and moves the clutch and variator scooter will not move forward not even under its own weight I did replace the belt I did inspect the clutch and clen and scour the lining surface and bell housing surface I only inspected variator for worn rollers and put back together originally it would not start but found a bees nest in the muffler and cleaned it out and then it started but I can not figure out why it won't move forward
