I'm new to the forum, but I'm not new to repair. my first 'go to' when that happens is loosen the exhaust nuts or bolts at the cylinder head and put a screwdriver between the exhaust and head to allow exhaust to escape just for diagnostic purposes. if that doesn't help, take out the air filter and try it. the spark plug could also be fouling or out of gap. possibly even loose. I've seen it before. there are other things to try. but try those first.
So loosened the exhaust and it runs awesome, figured its a sign to upgrade the exhaust to match the rest. Sure wish I would've thought to try that sooner! Thank you

I'll give it a go this week, spark plug was recently replaced but I'll double check that as well. I planned on trying to upjet it this week to see if that helps it any. (I'm thinking its a heat issue) thank you!

Howdy all! I have a 2019 Genuine Roughhouse that I put a Malossi 72cc cast iron kit on with a Malossi 19mm DellOrto Carb 90 main jet 40 pilot jet. I also have a Malossi racing variator with 8g roller weights & a Delta clutch with white springs. The problem im having is after riding it for roughly 15 minutes it loses power & keeps losing power until it doesnt even want to move. Feels almost like something is slipping, the engine doesnt die but also doesnt rev up either when this happens. Funnily enough the problem disappears if I happen to run it without the CVT cover. Any help is much appreciated! Thank yall Also i've run the BBK for over a year with no problems, then it started acting up and I ordered the parts for the transmission in the hope that was the issue.
