I just installed 100cc big bore on my trike. I want to put a crank shaft in but not sure what to get. I used 64mm valves. Hopping for any suggestions

Hi I'm new to the forum so please forgive me if I'm not using it correctly. I just got a 50cc 4 stroke trike... Have some plans for it.. but I'm just trying to get it running correctly. Starts fine when cold but when you give it throttle it bogs and after about 5 mins of idle it gets really hot and stalls. Then won't start till it cools. Any help would be much appreciated.... |

Sorry to jump in but can you use a 6 pole stator with 8 pole flywheel

Wires are very brittle. When I move something the insulation on wires crack which I'm sure isn't good. I ordered a new wire harness and a intake manifold. Want to build this scooter. Should of asked before but will I need to up grade any wiring for 8 pole stator besides rectifier and

I just brought a 50cc trike. It had small issue. So I thought. After it warmed up at full throttle it would bog out. I would run it about half for a minute then be able to open it back up.. so I did a carb clean. Still doing it until one day I got stuck. No spark nothing. So I just replaced stator, ignition coil, starter relay, cdi and rectifier. Got it started. Went to take for a ride. Ran good. Then stated doing something at full throttle. It kept losing power till it died. Tried to restart battery was dead and the spark plug was melted at the top where it sparks. I'm lost. Was hoping to get some feed back before I mess with wire harness. Any help would be appreciated...Thank you.
