As far as I know, scooters don't go too fast. Especially if we're talking about e-scooters. At the very least the battery wouldn't last more than 40mph. I'm looking at the off-road electric scooters right now, as I plan to go out of town on my scooter in the summer, and it's not like it's a good road out there. So I've looked at quite a few options to conclude that it's unlikely to find a scooter that divorces high speed.

There is a way to save a little money. In general, it is long and laborious, but still - you can try to dial all the electrical circuits and mark them, and then already contact a specialist - perhaps so you will save a little money. Maybe it is not exactly what you need, but you can try.
