I recently installed a new battery hoses did an oil change new plug and now when I go to start it it sounds like it's trying to turn over but it's kind of weak and it's making like this flapping or fluttering type noise. Can anybody give me a clue as to what this might be? It's on a 2012 jl150t-7 king ring scooter...
