it may be a day or 2 before i can get to it i know the bolts are tight
is there a chance the back end fallout if bushing are bad? im asking because this is my main ride

i got a 2007 jcl250 that i bought (new) from killermotorsports earlier this year. i had a what i call a wiggle in the rear when i would accelerate out of a the corners. i replaced the back tire thinking that was the problem but wasn't. i have tighten all the bolts myself after putting tire back on. has any one got a clue what might be happening

i finally got this scooter to run and idle like it is supposed too but i had to change the carb to do it. i had one of them none adjustable air/fuel mix carbs on my scooter. just like this post from last year scooterdoc.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=250cc&action=print&thread=4826 . like ernie right off the bat i had to replace the auto choke, it would run but not right. so my advice is, if you buy one of these 2007 jcl 250 and you got the cap over your fuel/air mix screw, save your self some aggravation and get a new carb. i bought my new carb as i went to get the cap off the fuel/air mix screw, the darn thing broke off. |

after reading a ton of pages i think i figured out my problem, the last 2 morning been kinda cool here and would not start each day but after it warmed up started just fine and ran great, if it is the auto choke do they make a better one that handles the cold better or do i have to go to the manual choke modification?

well 15 miles in it will not start checked the plug it got spark pulled the side panel off the scooter and was looking at fuel filter had very little gas in it , what do you guys think,? i did go ahead and order a new fuel pump and filter just in case i needed them i wondering if the tank is stopped up , if it is is there a video out there showing how to take it out to clean it

Ill get the oils changed out tonight, im at a loss though the manual said to use 10w30 oil for the gears. i added a better picture of my (red) scooter lol i think that what ill call it my little red scooter lol Attachments:

jct842 i sent of the mco for the papers so we shall see if they can get that part right. its a 2007 jcl 250cc. i wanted a red /black one as i already have a silver colored 150cc peace scooter i got for GES and never have had a problem with it in 3 years owing it, but the whole time i wanted a different color, i guess silver is my color though after all lol,

that the point lol i ordered a red or black scooter and i got the sliver one, but it took dang near a month to get if from fort worth im only 2.5 hours away from there. i just decide to keep it and never order from them again
