fairweasel2323,New battery and I jump start with a spare. Any way started scooter. While running with ground disconnected the lights are no voltage change across the meter ground lead to battery. Could it still be the R/R or the diode.

Hi. I have a Roketa MC-13-250 . Charging issues. Where is that diode(ground transformer) located. I can jump start the scooter and all the lights work.I have tested the stator. The return to the battery is only 12.5. I have to charge the battery every time I stop it or carry a spare .The battery fully charged 13.45 then hooked up and running it will drop slowly. Any help muchly appreciated.
