Does anyone publish a repair manual for a 2015 Vespa Primavare 50cc 4T scooter? I Will need to perform basic maintenance and any repairs because their is only 1 dealer in the metro Detroit area. Unfortunately it is not within riding distance and so far not very customer focused. I looked on the internet but was unable to find any publications for this newer model. Any help would be welcomed.

I think I will just replace the carb. How would I find the RPM restriction?

Thanks for the feedback. I have another question, the most RPM's I can get at full throtle is 6400 (not that I would run it their at this point) and their ain't no more! Is their some kind of restriction built in because of the EPA requirements starting in 2011? The carburator even has rivets in place of screws so it can't be rejeted.

I have a new (180 miles) Sunny 50QT -4 scooter. Starts and idles great. It bogs a little but I think that is because of the sealed carburetor. It tops out at 6400 RPM's 35 MPH but takes some time to get their. What i notice is that I am consistently around the 6000 RPM range under normal driving of 18-20 MPH and I usually need to run it up to 6000 RPMS then back off to 5500 to maintain 20 MPH. Is this normal or am I running at the top end of the range a lot?

Who made you the"waste" police? Like I said earlier, this is a free country so you can do the things that are right for your family. Don't need some do gooder telling us what to do, that is why I used the offensive word liberals because they are always telling others what they should be doing and trying ro control how we live, just look at the Washington establishment and how they are limiting are choices. I will bet you love Obama care.

This is a free country, if you want to drive a shoe box then go ahead but don't force me to accept your way of life! The US of A could solve the oil issue by getting ride of all the regulations preventing the exploration and drilling right here at home so don't give me all this baloney about we have turn our life style back to the last century to "save the planet". We have done a pretty food job of cleaning the environment up and still enjoying the American lifestyle. I love my SUV and my scooter. If you want your kids to walk 2 miles to school in 3 feet of snow, then do it. I will drive mine.

Made the adjustments yesterday and reset the idle. Ran fine yesterday and this morning, drove it this evening and it won't idle so tried turning up a bit but it wold need a a out a quarter inch to keep it running. What do you think?

Seems like it is much better but I am not sure if it was stone cold when I made the adjustments. I will let you know in the morning.

I understand that the enricher stops the extra fuel when it warms up why does it run normal for 10 seconds then stall and run rough for 2or 3 minutes? The enricher would not stop the extra fuel for 2 to 3 minutes, what is happening in the mean time?

Just bought a 2008 Motobravo 50cc scooter with 42 miles from a private owner. Runs great when warmed up but is difficult to keep running until then. Have to keep playing with the throttle for 2 to 3 minutes and run it at 20 to25 miles an hour. Being new to these little engines I could use a little advice on how to trouble shoot.
