I don,t know? I only rode it with the centering lever on a short ways because of the out of round rear tire. If I like it after about 3 hundred miles of satisfactory performance I will be looking for different mods , like anyone I guess?

I,m hoping it provides better stability BUT with the stock one wobbling so bad I,m sure anything will be an improvement. Almost got wheel of f and it appears under the brace that holds the calipers is a hole for a larger hex fitting to unlock the wheel? is this common? Gotta watch a couple vid,s on this !

Here is a pic of the Kenda K413 vs the Chinese tire we got (Kenda tires were in the original photos we saw of this trike but like the fenders they substituted?) Its a 130/60/13 but appears much broader and I think it will straight line track much better. Won,t know until I try it. It is about 1/2 inch shorter if measured from the rim attachment point- Will take another pic when I get it put on. Time to go start taking the wheel of before it rains. Attachments:

You probably have more riding than most. If you adjust shocks I think its best to jack up the wheel because it will adjust easier that way. No tool was included . Guess you have to get inventive?

Have extra NGK plug . Just waiting for new rear tire and should ride next week and if I don,t like it its ready to sell! LOL Attachments:

I covered the compartment by using a hard Binder cover in 2 pieces taped toward the front so it could slant down to the front bowl. I used a clip in the front bowl after cutting of the back lip. Connected to bowl with a 10mm bolt and washer. The rear of the insert (Binder) goes an inch or so under the 4 bolt 12mm brace. I used duct tape to cover the bottom facing engine compartment. Now to get complete access for the plug , engine and valves all I have to do is take off 4 12mm bolts , a 10mm bolt and the 5 Phillips screws in the front pan. Attachments:

I cut about 6 inches by 10 inches wide of the plastic over the fuel pump and cylinder head so the engine is easier to work on! I just used a jig saw carefully. Next post will show completed! Attachments:

Your Right I see the rim at the top of the caliper is steady as a rock on a humid day? If the frame was crooked- That would have been the last straw! Think the tire is mounted wrong or need a new tire?

Just made this video of the rear wheel wobble. Can anyone tell if its just the tire, rim or hopefully not the Drive train??

Great Timing! I just got back and went to start it and nothing? Thanks to the Forum I immediately knew it was the fuse and they had a spare in there. Gotta put that on the list! Thanks

I,m still tearing it down. Hot as You no what just about everywhere. I moved the battery double post (Picture) about 2-3 inches forward so the battery fit in the slot. Had to hack saw the brace arm because the nut was hidden underneath. Have tender connectors on the battery but the motor starts right up every time. Gonna check for bulbs Tomorrow at Auto Zone.

I noticed ,Like you said, with cardboard between the contacts it will not beep and I had it on the center stand both locked and unlocked and the governor did not interfere!!! I,,m sure tightening or fooling with the center lock lever will solve the problem. Since I haven,t riden a real motorcycle in 40 years I will do some riding around my street with it locked first. The frame, welds, engine and electrical connectors seem of pretty good quality and overall I think its a nice looking scoot!! My rear tire seems to wobble moderately at an indicated 40 MPH on the center stand? Wonder if its the tire or rim?

I,m doing what Stewali outlined and moved the battery braces to a functional spot (??) they were of no use where they had put them. It was nice to get rid of that brace because the luggage rack was not for me. I,m going to continue stripping it down to inspect all the wiring connections and remove the dull plastic in front of the carb nipple because I,m having a tough time getting a clamp on it with the plastic there. This is "My Summer Project" it seems but I,m happy when I,m farting around with stuff and listening to tunes! I get to ride the Spyder Can Am All afternoon tomorrow. Ye Ha!! Picture shows you can get to lights but I saw no Bulb # like 1157 etc on them??? Attachments:

I,ll try that around the block. I gotta figure out how to stop the beeping and the governor or I will never go more than 5 MPH? Replacing every Vacuum hose (5 in All) and finishing the fuel hose clamps Sunday. Gonna try to get a better vacuum tee at Home Depot because that plastic thing is gonna break real easy!
