Okay so someone came to buy the extra trike that i bought. while showing the how it tilts went to engage the the upright lock and the cable snapped!! so of course they did not want it and it is impossible to find the same one since warranty does not cover it. this thing is killing me if its not one thing its another. anyone else check to see if they had a head gasket?

Okay so i finally got time today to rip engine apart to see why it was leaking and as i suspected there was not head gasket on it luckily the motorcycle shop in town had one. the metal one. i seen a few online that were paper type. i now have it back on and testing it right now at idle. took some pics of it ripped apart just to show.

motobuys.com was no help they want me to pay to have the engine removed then pay to send engine to them. garys reply was well i can send you out a new gasket. then i informed him i was going to open a card dispute his reply was go ahead and try soon as i send them the contract that we only offer parts replacement they will reverse dispute. i never signed any contract and all my ordering was done over the phone not on website. so here we go.

havent ripped it apart yet just trying to see if crank has to come out. seen a couple pics but no vids of how to remove. i really havent worked on scooter motors before so this will be new to me.i see in most of the pics online you can see the end of the gasket sticking out. on this trike no sign of a gasket? good thing i bought 2 of the trikes so i can still be out riding.
Sarge turns great once you get used to the feeling of it. Slow turns and fast. maxed out at 45mph says 55 on dash but we have a local speed thing in front of the school to verify speed. at top end front end shakes

Rode for about an hour today. parked it in driveway come back out and there is oil drips under scooter ripped it all apart again and it is leaking from the lower cylinder seal or"lower head gasket" just got it plated yesterday

OKay anybody know how to remove rear lights i noticed today that 1 of the brake lights are not working and right tun signal on dash also not flashing

okay figures out the electronic governor deal when you lock into upright position the wire in the front behind the grill comes into contact with 2 prongs. i covered them with cardboard just to see if that was it. sure was. nice if your only putting around the campground and don't want to have it unlocked
