The head gasket looks to be a thin sheet of metal and appears to be in good shape. I've seen people reuse the head gaskets on other small engines but is that an accepted practice on the gy6? Thanks RSH

The first time I went into the CVT cover after 2k miles I found the friction surface to be almost completely glazed over. I think some of the belt dust melting against the clutch bell was the root cause. I did a little modification to the cvt cover and it helped tremendously. I think the look is cool as well....... RSH
