Thanks for the replies and link guys they helped. I found a diagram of my tank on a parts warehouse site. It isn't a fuel pump under the tank so it must be the gravity feed.

12 is listed as a petcock and 2 is a vacuum line. So It looks like the vacuum line opens the petcock and gravity does the rest. I ran into a couple forums where they said the vacuum petcock was lame. They said it was better to replace it with a manual valve like on a motorcycle. What do you guys think and where would I get one?
