2006 cf moto fashion 250 - 7,000 miles on odo.

scooter usually runs at 3 bars on the temp gague.
lately, when going slow (under 35 mph) it will often run at 4 bars.
when i slow or stop it will go to 5 or 6 bars.
when speed increases it usually returns to 3 bars.
coolant level and oil level is good.
temp in cooloant reservoir is 72 degrees f.

any suggestions appreciated.
if referring to parts, please include picture or diagram reference so i can find it :-).
