Big problem with these guys. They shipped the wrong engine and it was returned using their shipping tag, but they won't confirm receipt or issue refund. My boy returned it from Boston and didn't keep copies of the paperwork. Only they can prove the label was used or not and if it was delivered back to them, but they refuse to. If anyone has return physical address for them from a core return label I would appreciate it. They won't give it out over the phone, it isn't on the paypal receipt, on their website or in their emails. Hmmm, why is that?
I've done some digging on these folks and If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't be here! Exploring options for remedy, so if you have similar problems with them, PM me and I'll gladly share what I find and keep you updated on my quest!
