skooter the left handle pulled till the break is engaged usually half way at least on my bike. The ground is possibly the trouble. the tank float could be stuck try taking a coat hanger and bend it so it will fit inside the tank and move the float up and down. If your bike is a 50cc I've got a float I'll sell you cheap and it brand new never used.

I bought the bike from G S Motor Works. I know its going to be a job but I want it running right so the work involved will be a learning experience. I use it to get me back and forth to dialysis so it is detrimental that I get it fixed.

To me taking advantage is price gouging period I've managed a gas station for 5 years trust me it is and until people start standing up telling our wonderful government they'ed had enough the high prices will continue.

That is what the guy I bought it from said it was for my turn signals and instrument panel Alley I think I got ripped off.
