I Dont know a whole heck of a lot about electronics on a scooter other than the use of cheep materials. My question is what can i do to the turn and marker lights to make them brighter? I put in led's but the original bulbs are brighter than these i just put in.

Well I've traced the wire's and there is no power going to the switches. The company I bought the scooter from is sending me a whole new wire harness.

I was having a hard time figuring out why my break light wouldn't come on I've ran all the usual test but one simple one that almost got away. The right break handle when depressing it you'd hear a "click" meaning that the light switch was engaging . So I knew it was working but when I went to depress the left handle no "click" so that is telling me that either it is stuck or broke? Any suggestions to un-sticking the break switch? or have it replaced and not worring about it?

on mine it was a 17mm bolt 3/4 drive wratchet. You can get either these at a local parts store or walley world if your lucky so use the parts store first. then you'r gona need to keep the fly wheel from moving so what I've use is a filter wrench but goto Sears and get a craftsman filter wrench that is the rubber kind caus the chain kind you'll damage something if it slips off. That is about it wait since I said a 17mm just by it from sears you'll use that on other places on the scoot so its not a total lost. Word of warning have a second person hold the fil-wrench a scond person is always good. Check out our Tech section there are some great tutorials and well designed postings on how a lot of this kind of stuff is done. The puller goto a bike shop or order it online from one of advertised dealers I've learned to use one made for scooters and not using a automotive one it just messes things up really really bad plus they are cheep enough that its worth the price in gold. my experience buy IT trust me. The rear lights and gas gauge isn't working. Does the inline fuse have something to do with it? They have been out since I disconnected and removed the engine could I have a ground issue? any and all help is needed.

This is new from GS motor works. I've bought my scooter from them and this add on there site seems promising.

that is what I'm talking about and I have the nut but according to my resource's there is a concave shape piece that goes on before the nut. That is the part I've lost so what I've done is taken a nut with nylon thread and bolted it on there so the big nut doesn't fall off ha ha I made a funny!!!
