The rear lights and gas gauge isn't working. Does the inline fuse have something to do with it? They have been out since I disconnected and removed the engine could I have a ground issue? any and all help is needed.

Do,you have a green ground wire attached to the engine running to the frame or negative battery terminal?
The gas gauge and rear lights are run off the battery. They come on with the key...
Check the fuse?

so is it safe to say that the brake lights and turn signals will NOT work if the battery is low??

Also check the fuseholder; could be defective.
